About
Can you change the sound an object makes? Why are some musical instruments larger than others?
Make some noise and investigate how sound is created, travels, and is heard. Experiment with tuning forks, the museum's duochord, and other fascinating objects to discover how sound can be measured, changed, and understood.
There will be a brief introduction to the session at the start of each hour.
Meet in the Learning Gallery. Drop-in, free.
Bringing a buggy? You are welcome to use our accessible entrance and lift for easy access. Please check our Access Information Page for further details.
